The course was developed to give tools and knowledge to candidates preparing for leadership advancement and specialty positions. The seminar covers: how to prepare for the promotional test and how to prepare for the position.   The instructors have over 115 years of leadership experience that they use to. help attendees prepare.

Creating a Civil and Bully-Free Workplace training is a comprehensive training seminar designed to foster understanding, meaning, and clarity as well as the legal ramifications regarding the topics of workplace incivility, bullying, and violence. Workshop participants will learn about the causes of, and damaging effects of, negative workplace behaviors and actions. 

This is a one-on-one coaching service that helps candidates prepare for a specialty position, promotion or compete for an executive role.  Our staff works directly with them to prepare for the advancement they seek.
